Has Web 2.0 which requires user participation (digg stories, write blogs, upload photos) maxed out it's user base? In order to grow, these sites need to figure out a way to solve average user's problems, NOT just those of the "techno-geeks". (Includes lots o' Digg references, with fun and informative Digg graphs!!)
